What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading docks, access points, and perimeter
• check credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized personnel
• respond to incidents and alarms under established protocols
• document activities, observations, incidents, and irregular conditions.
