What you'll do

• Conduct access control, camera monitoring, and patrols
• provide constant observation of patients and assist nursing staff
• notify nursing or security staff when additional assistance is needed
• record and report patient behavior to the nursing team
• take appropriate steps to prevent harmful behavior, including physical restraint when needed to de-escalate.
