What you'll do

• Balance credit union branches daily
• reconcile general ledger accounts, including loans, shares, and clearing accounts
• balance checks, money orders, and OnUs checks
• balance and post debit and credit card transactions
• verify internal checking and corresponding general ledger accounts
• record incoming and outgoing wires
• research teller discrepancies
• balance shared branching
• review documents for retention and destruction
• prepare checks and money orders for escheatment
• process accounting ticket requests
• manage accounts payable and payments
• prepare assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
