Urology Coding & Billing Supervisor is an onsite role in Austin, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation starts at $60,000 per year, based on experience. The supervisor supports a busy urology practice serving four locations in the Austin area.

What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, and support the billing team
• oversee medical billing, coding, claims, payment posting, denials, appeals, and accounts receivable
• review coding and billing for accuracy, compliance, and reimbursement
• monitor revenue-cycle performance and identify ways to improve collections and reduce denials
• assist with prior authorizations and insurance issues as needed
• use AI and technology to streamline processes
• work with front-desk and clinical teams
• troubleshoot billing issues
• support records and administrative tasks.
