Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Home-Based ABA Therapy

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in the client’s home in Whitsett, NC, with compensation of $25–$28 per hour. Lighthouse provides evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, supporting skill development, independence, and communication. The RBT delivers one-on-one sessions under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, follows individualized treatment plans, teaches social and communication skills, tracks progress, and documents sessions. The role also coordinates with the BCBA, another technician, and caregivers to support consistent care; the fixed schedule is Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, totaling 10 hours weekly.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

• collect data and document sessions
• collaborate with the BCBA and case technician
• communicate with parents and caregivers
• maintain RBT certification and participate in training.
