Floating Preschool Teacher

What you'll do

• Manage classroom compliance with childcare regulations and company standards
• create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• supervise children and support positive discipline
• maintain a safe, clean classroom and complete records
• attend meetings, training, and school events as requested
• support, coach, and train aides
• communicate with parents and management
• maintain required certifications and confidentiality.
