What you'll do

• Conduct loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• respond to member requests and account inquiries
• process wire transfers and card or check orders
• cross-sell services and refer members to appropriate departments
• assist members by phone
• update files and member information
• protect confidential information
• balance the cash box.
