Cyber Security Analyst III

Job overview

The Cyber Security Analyst III role is onsite in Warner Robins, GA; compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year. The analyst supports AFRC/A3 cybersecurity functions and the HQ AFRC/A3 local cybersecurity program. The role maintains risk management and authorization documentation, monitors security controls and vulnerabilities, and supports compliance with federal and Air Force cybersecurity requirements. This work helps systems retain or achieve Authority to Operate status and supports the organization's cybersecurity program.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain Risk Management Framework Authority-to-Operate packages and annual reviews
• author and review SOPs and maintain Ports, Protocols and Services
• perform ISSM duties as required
• support FISMA compliance
• conduct annual security reviews and selected control tests
• manage COMPUSEC requirements
• maintain inventories, vulnerability scan reports, POAMs, and STIG checklists
• coordinate contingency or incident response exercises
• support CCRI and vulnerability management
• participate in Change Approval Board activities
• provide ATO artifacts and contract deliverable input. Requires RMF experience, active 8570 certification, CompTIA Security+ Level II certification, and active DoD Secret clearance.
