What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC laser machines
• retrieve programs and select appropriate gases, nozzles, and lenses
• perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• set up metal fabrication machinery to produce zero-defect parts
• check work against blueprints using precision measuring tools
• document quantities of good and defective parts on work orders
• perform other duties as assigned.
