What you'll do

• Oversee Team Leaders and ensure assigned duties are performed
• evaluate and coach direct reports
• submit manufacturing orders accurately
• ensure FIFO inventory practices
• review production schedules with the Production Planner and Scheduler
• monitor safety, quality, cost, and service KPIs
• identify cost-reduction opportunities
• review shift production records and checks
• correct non-conformance and corrective-action reports
• develop and cross-train team members.
