Area Manager, After-School Enrichment

The Area Manager, After-School Enrichment role is onsite in Riverside, CA, overseeing multiple school sites. Compensation is $40–$60 per hour. Impact Kids provides before-, during-, and after-school enrichment programs at public and private schools. The manager oversees site operations, program quality, staffing, and customer satisfaction while serving as a liaison among the organization, school communities, and families. The role supports consistent delivery of enrichment programming and children’s learning and development across assigned locations.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations at multiple program sites
• ensure consistent program quality
• serve as contact for educators, school administrators, and parents
• monitor staffing, scheduling, compliance, and program quality
• visit sites to support instructors and troubleshoot
• train, mentor, and provide feedback to staff
• address parent feedback and issues
• maintain attendance, incident, and performance records
• collaborate with leadership.
