The SME Technical Lead: SSB Line is an onsite role based in Northlake, TX. The pay rate is $28.66 per hour. This role reports to the Training Program Manager. This role exists to act as the Continuous Learning Program training owner within the unit of operation. By managing the transfer of knowledge and best practices, the lead fosters continuous improvement and resolves problems within the work area.
What you'll do
- Manages transfer of knowledge and best practices.
- Develops training plans for operational and technical skill development.
- Coordinates with the Training Manager to identify skill gaps.
- Ensures trainers accurately complete quality and production paperwork.
- Conducts regular check-ins with trainees and trainers.
