Loan Support Processor

What you'll do

• Upload loans to the core platform
• review loan documents

• image, fold, and file documents
• moderate department support tickets
• answer group phone calls from customers and branches
• support loan administration staff and customers
• maintain knowledge of and cross-sell bank products and services.

Why this role

Normal work week is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s degree in accounting, business, or finance and two or more years of customer service or loan experience are preferred.
