What you'll do

• Provide hygiene care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, linen changes, and light housekeeping
• prepare meals according to the client’s diet
• take and record vital signs, height, and weight as needed
• assist with range of motion, walking, and transportation
• document observed changes and report them to the Director of Nursing
• follow policies and protect client rights.
