What you'll do

• Lead and supervise approximately 25 manufacturing employees
• assign and coordinate daily work
• help employees interpret assembly drawings and machine setups and resolve production challenges. Promote safety, maintain workmanship and quality standards, investigate process nonconformances, partner with manufacturing and industrial engineering on process and layout improvements, support workforce planning and budgeting, train and coach employees, maintain attendance and timekeeping records, and collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations and performance matters. Support compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor relations as needed.
