• coordinate dispatch of agronomy products and services
• set location hours
• coordinate people and equipment
• maintain clean workplaces and inventory
• report sales and operational improvement opportunities
• follow accounting and credit procedures
• make farm calls as needed
• maintain rolling stock and fixed assets
• secure facilities and equipment
• manage expenses and performance metrics
• supervise hiring, training, work assignments, performance, and timecards.

Why this role

The role requires a high school diploma and related experience with grain, feed, fertilizer, chemicals, or farm supplies. A Class B commercial driver’s license with Haz-Mat and Tanker endorsements, inspector/weigher licenses, and pesticide applicator license may be obtained and maintained as applicable.
