General Building Maintenance Mechanic

Compensation is $30–$33 per year. The General Building Maintenance Mechanic is an onsite role based in Liberty Lake, WA. as a fixed salary, but the base rate is between $29.90 - $33.23 per hour, supporting the facility maintenance team at US Foods, Inc. This role is responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the building and warehouse equipment. The mechanic performs preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components to ensure a safe and efficient operational environment.

What you'll do

• Perform repairs and maintenance to warehouse equipment including sprinkler systems, plumbing, walls, carpentry, and floor repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on condensers, evaporators, and compressors.
• Maintain repair and PM logs.
• Comply with safety guidelines including Lock Out/Tag Out.
• Manage battery-charging area and maintain company tools.
