What you'll do

• Review menus before food preparation
• cook food in quantities based on planned menus and the number of residents
• direct activities of assisting workers
• direct and assist with cleaning work areas, equipment, and floors
• sanitize dishes and utensils
• distribute menus
• check trays against diet cards
• ensure proper food and supply storage
• review diet changes and maintain menus according to procedures
• ensure supplies are available for upcoming meals
• assist with inventory and storage of incoming supplies.
