What you'll do

• Onboard trading partners by gathering requirements, reviewing implementation guides, testing, certifying, and launching connections
• build and maintain ANSI X12 and EDIFACT maps
• monitor EDI traffic and resolve failed, rejected, or missing transactions
• maintain AS2, SFTP/FTP, VAN, and API connections
• integrate EDI data with TMS, WMS, and accounting systems
• answer customer EDI questions and coordinate specification changes
• maintain mapping and troubleshooting documentation
• identify automation and monitoring improvements
• support help desk requests and other department tasks.
