What you'll do

• Deliver customer service and bike services, repairs, and fittings
• train and coach associates on selling and product knowledge
• oversee bike department presentation and merchandising
• monitor inventory shrink and cash handling
• participate in bike clinics and events
• represent the store in the local cycling community
• communicate with store leadership and corporate partners.
