What you'll do

• Conduct outbound lead calls and finalize trial sales and memberships
• sell and schedule camps, birthday parties, and community events
• serve as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is off
• help onboard, train, evaluate, and mentor coaches
• manage the Lead Coach/Sales Manager
• track center KPIs, sales, and retention
• resolve family inquiries
• oversee maintenance, equipment safety, and brand standards
• coach the KidStrong curriculum and track attendance and student progress.
