What you'll do

• Lead full operations of the St. Louis office and its multidisciplinary team
• direct day-to-day business activities and cross-departmental efficiency
• uphold company culture, values, policies, standards, and quality
• attend senior leadership meetings to maintain continuity with headquarters
• lead office-wide all-hands meetings
• assist with local recruitment, onboarding, and supervision
• represent Enabled Intelligence at local industry events and client meetings to pursue growth opportunities.
