What you'll do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building and warehouse equipment
• plan and prioritize maintenance
• perform preventive maintenance and document verified findings
• create and maintain work orders and asset records in CMMS/eMaint
• coordinate vendors and verify completed work
• manage tools, parts, and supplies
• perform authorized electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and facility repairs
• follow safety and food-safety requirements
• communicate status and risks to Operations and the Facilities Manager.
