What you'll do

• Receive incoming calls, answer customer questions, acquire new business, nurture relationships, develop customer loyalty, and oversee the sales and order process
• assist visitors with demonstrations or questions
• respond to calls, emails, and faxes
• make outbound calls and sales presentations
• document sales activity in the CRM
• monitor customer satisfaction
• attend trade shows or make in-person sales calls on occasion when asked.
