What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Regional Director on annual community budgets
• work with DOIS and Business Managers on financial responsibilities
• monitor budget adherence and monthly variances
• maintain property occupancy and budget goals
• use Apartment Snapshot to assess KPIs and implement improvements
• coordinate with the Service Manager on vendors, contractors, billings, vendor relations, and certificates of insurance.
