Project Manager, Building Management Systems

The Project Manager, Building Management Systems role is onsite in Greensboro, NC. Compensation is $65,000–$90,000 per year. The role manages installations of building management systems for Hoffman & Hoffman Inc. The project manager organizes construction work from project intake through closeout, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, billing, and technical teams. The role supports safe, quality installations and timely completion while monitoring project costs and communicating progress, changes, and requirements to customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Organize construction projects and documentation
• analyze timelines and coordinate commissioning schedules
• hire and direct electrical subcontractors
• order project materials and coordinate delivery
• collaborate on project billing
• communicate progress, deadlines, and change orders
• coordinate technicians, engineers, and programmers through startup and closeout
• prepare closeout and service turnover documentation
• review labor cost reports and initiate corrective actions as directed
• verify safety, quality, and commissioning requirements
• travel as needed.
