The manager leads client engagements focused on leadership, talent, culture, human capital, and organizational transformation. The role gathers and synthesizes senior stakeholder insights into practical recommendations, manages and develops junior consultants, and supports high-quality delivery in complex business and transaction-related situations.

What you'll do

• Lead and support multiple client engagements
• manage timelines, deliverables, staffing, and execution
• mentor junior consultants
• interview senior leaders and stakeholders
• synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
• apply expertise in leadership assessment, talent, culture, organizational design, operating models, and transformation
• review client deliverables
• support project administration and budgets
• work with Partners and Managing Directors
• contribute to thought leadership and practice growth.
