Professional Land Surveyor

The Professional Land Surveyor role is onsite in Council Bluffs, IA. Compensation is not specified. It supports project execution by coordinating field crews, maintaining survey standards, and delivering scheduled, verified survey documentation.

What you'll do

• Research records and calculate project data
• establish survey plans and field and office procedures
• prepare or supervise survey data, charts, plots, maps, and documents
• lead proposals, estimates, schedules, and invoices
• review and verify survey deliverables
• maintain survey and mapping standards
• direct and coordinate field crews
• train new crew members
• perform topographic, boundary, ALTA/ACSM, and other legal surveys
• use Civil 3D, MicroStation, or Trimble software.

Why this role
