What you'll do

• Participate in technician ride-alongs and learn the customer experience, technical terminology, and consultative sales process
• shadow a Service Manager and learn operations, dispatching, inventory logistics, and meetings
• spend time in the Call Center and other corporate departments
• as an Assistant Manager, coach technicians, lead field coaching sessions and team meetings, track performance metrics, and resolve escalated homeowner issues under senior guidance
• upon successful completion, assume a Service Manager role with full department and team P&L accountability.
