What you'll do

• Manage the general ledger and month-end close
• prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• oversee accounts payable and receivable
• manage cash and weekly cash flow forecasts
• administer banking and positive pay
• support sales and use tax compliance and audits
• support payroll processing, commissions, bonuses, and garnishments
• provide onsite benefits administration support, including 401(k), COBRA, and open enrollment
• administer employee onboarding and offboarding
• support budgeting and sales forecasting
• track fixed assets and support audits
• supervise office administration activities.
