Resort Maintenance Technician — 1st or Mid Shift

What you'll do

• Complete property maintenance work orders and service requests
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain equipment and pool systems
• make light carpentry, painting, and general repairs
• prepare basic labor and material estimates
• respond to emergency maintenance situations
• assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal
• support team training and follow safety procedures.
