What you'll do

• Validate the effectiveness of plant countermeasures at the OEM
• track, investigate, and resolve customer and headquarters quality findings
• manage and validate facelift and new vehicle launch part quality
• work with Product Engineering on quality standards for new vehicle programs
• maintain a lessons-learned database
• deploy corrective actions across the regional network
• review containment data and corrective action reports.
