What you'll do

• Develop individualized employment plans
• assist with resumes, interview preparation, job readiness, and workplace skills
• identify competitive employment opportunities
• conduct employer outreach
• coordinate placements and onboarding
• provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring
• follow up with individuals and employers
• collaborate with families and providers
• maintain service documentation and comply with agency and funding requirements.
