What you'll do

• Provide executive and end-user support
• respond to requests through email, phone, helpdesk queue, and walk-ins
• troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android issues
• prioritize and document tickets
• configure and deploy devices and software
• support conference room technology
• coordinate workspace setups and relocations
• manage equipment lifecycle and inventory
• administer Microsoft 365
• resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues
• mentor and train team members.
