What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from repair shops and dealers
• process claims according to service-contract coverage
• interface with parts providers, inspection services, and customers
• use data-management systems and Mitchell Labor Guide
• assess mechanical breakdown estimates and repairs.
