What you'll do

• Provide reactive and proactive desktop, server, and network support
• handle escalated service tickets
• assist with IT projects and customer onboarding or offboarding
• administer systems and troubleshoot workstation, server, and network issues
• document work in service tickets
• support managed service offerings
• mentor new engineers
• participate in an on-call rotation approximately one week every three months
• travel for client onsite visits, including occasional overnight stays.
