What you'll do

• Provide friendly customer service
• answer policy, coverage, billing, and account questions
• process and follow up on policy changes
• support customer onboarding and retention
• conduct policy and account reviews
• identify additional insurance needs and initiate appropriate cross-sell conversations
• maintain customer records and follow-up documentation
• resolve concerns
• participate in training and development.
