The Youth Development Professional, Art, Clay High School role is onsite in Green Cove Springs, FL, with pay of $15 per hour. Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida provides youth programs designed to support young people’s development and creative expression. The role plans and delivers arts activities for youth ages 6 to 18 while promoting safety, character development, and participation. It helps create a positive Club experience through age-appropriate programming, guidance, and coordination with other staff.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement art programs and activities
• recruit and retain youth participants
• work with Club staff to deliver programs
• provide guidance and role modeling
• supervise members and maintain a safe program area
• monitor program outcomes
• maintain supplies and equipment
• prepare weekly reports and daily schedules
• participate in local, state, regional, and national arts programs and competitions.
