What you'll do

• Provide customer service by phone, email, chat, and other channels
• assist with product questions, orders, order status, shipping, returns, exchanges, refunds, and account questions
• research concerns and identify solutions
• own cases through resolution and follow up
• document interactions
• escalate issues and coordinate with other departments
• identify recurring concerns and communicate trends
• maintain knowledge of brands, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
