What you'll do

• Coach and train team members and baristas-in-training on prepared drinks and standards
• deliver drinks to the 60-second service standard and communicate delays
• coordinate training with management
• attend relevant briefs, meetings, and courses
• engage guests
• prepare drinks to standards and demonstrate coffee knowledge
• maintain equipment and counter cleanliness
• complete checks and tests
• manage ingredient waste and stock variances
• restock shelves
• share weekly sales targets with the team.
