Compensation is $500–$1,500 per year. The Regional Manager - Affordable Housing (Phoenix Area) role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. MEB Affordable Management Services oversees an affordable housing portfolio and works to maintain operational performance and regulatory compliance. In partnership with the Vice President of Asset Management, the manager leads property operations, budgets, staff, and compliance across assigned communities. The role supports occupancy and financial goals while ensuring properties meet applicable housing requirements and serve residents effectively.

What you'll do

• Oversee assigned affordable housing communities
• manage operational, financial, and compliance performance
• develop and monitor budgets
• inspect properties and assess staff performance
• serve as primary contact for owners, investors, and partners
• ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and applicable laws
• control expenses and review financials
• approve expenditures within delegated limits
• hire, train, supervise, and evaluate site personnel
• communicate with owners
• support vendor negotiations and capital planning
• assist with acquisitions and onboarding as needed
• host tours upon request
• oversee marketing and leasing goals.
