Service Manager

What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, and train service team members
• respond to service requests within 48 hours and follow up
• maintain community safety, appearance, and physical condition
• manage preventive maintenance
• coordinate contractor schedules for make-ready work
• inspect make-ready inventory
• support inventory control and budget goals
• identify staff training needs
• comply with company policies and applicable laws.
