What you'll do

• Direct day-to-day clinical and site operations, including patient flow, staffing, scheduling, coverage, and productivity
• oversee care coordination across primary care, behavioral health, and dental services
• protect ACT program fidelity
• maintain regulatory and contractual compliance and audit readiness
• partner on clinical standards and quality improvement
• coordinate supervision requirements without serving as clinical supervisor of record
• coordinate shared-member care and site readiness
• manage assigned budgets, supplies, and equipment
• supervise assigned support staff
• participate in multidisciplinary rounds and leadership meetings.
