School-Age Group Leader

The role contributes to youth development through educational, recreational, academic, and enrichment activities and positive relationships with participants, families, and school staff.

What you'll do

• Lead children in engaging activities aligned with program goals
• support site operations
• supervise and participate in activities including swimming and water-based programs
• maintain a safe and inclusive environment
• support academic and enrichment activities
• use positive guidance for behavior management
• maintain program spaces and equipment
• communicate with leadership and attend meetings and trainings
• follow safety standards and program policies.
