The Asset Manager role is onsite five days per week in Arlington, VA. Compensation is $100,000–$125,000 per year. Tetrad Digital Integrity’s mission is to safeguard customers from digital threats and vulnerabilities. The role oversees software and hardware asset management in the CESO environment, maintaining accountability and compliance throughout the asset lifecycle. It develops controls and reporting, supports inventory and procurement, and guides Software Asset Administrators to ensure assets and licenses are accurately managed from creation through retirement.

What you'll do

• Develop asset control processes for device identification, accountability, maintenance, location, and contracts
• assist with inventory, procurement, and shipment
• design asset policies and procedures
• monitor software licenses and audit compliance
• guide Software Asset Administrators
• provide KPI and standardized reporting
• manage hardware and software asset lifecycles
• verify assets against inventory and license contracts and track corrective actions
• manage license compliance audits.

Why this role

Requires an active TS/SCI clearance, ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly, and a DoDD 8140-compliant certification at minimum IAT Level II.
