Marketing Operations Intern

The Marketing Operations Intern role is onsite in Schaumburg, IL. Pay is $22 per hour. The intern supports Paylocity’s B2B marketing and sales programs by working with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Events, and Web teams. The role helps execute campaigns, maintain marketing data, analyze performance, and document processes. Its work supports more effective campaign operations and helps teams use marketing and sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

What you'll do

• Support campaign execution in HubSpot, including quality-checking emails, landing pages, forms, audiences, workflows, and campaign assets
• assist with webinars, events, and marketing programs
• report and analyze campaign outcomes
• identify performance trends and optimization opportunities
• support database cleanup, audits, enrichment, segmentation, and data quality
• update and quality-check SalesLoft cadences
• prepare presentations and reports
• participate in cross-functional reviews
• document processes and best practices.
