What you'll do

• Lead technology and software licensing, strategic partnership, business development, sales, and distribution transactions
• own legal work for silicon supply-chain, foundry, OSAT, and contract-manufacturing agreements
• advise on intellectual-property strategy and transaction structuring
• guide export-control compliance, regulatory matters, and data privacy
• partner with business, supply chain, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• build contracting processes, templates, and playbooks
• help grow and lead a technology transactions legal team over time.
