Compensation is $40–$50 per hour, approximately $83,200–$104,000 per year, depending on experience. Brian & Sons is an owner-operated residential HVAC company serving Aurora since 1997. The technician diagnoses and repairs residential heating and cooling equipment, performs seasonal maintenance, and explains findings and options to homeowners. The role supports reliable home comfort through accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and customer-focused service, with optional mentoring of newer technicians.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers
• perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups for Home Comfort Membership customers
• explain issues and options to homeowners
• mentor younger technicians if desired.
