Command Center Technical Representative

The Command Center Technical Representative role is onsite in Little Ferry, NJ; compensation is $95,000–$105,000 per year. The position supports Dassault Falcon Jet operators and coordinates with the Worldwide Technical Front Line team. The representative answers technical questions, supports aircraft-on-ground issues, analyzes aircraft discrepancies, and coordinates corrective actions and customer assistance to help resolve technical problems efficiently and support safe aircraft operations.

What you'll do

• Answer technical questions and support aircraft-on-ground issues
• record customer phone contacts
• execute the AOG response process and serve as coordinator when needed
• coordinate with the Worldwide Technical Front Line team
• analyze discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• review technical materials and manuals
• assist customers with parts
• maintain owner information and familiarity with electronic maintenance manuals and research tools.

Why this role

Requires two years of college education in aeronautical maintenance engineering or equivalent A&P classroom training and at least two years of experience with Falcon Jet aircraft systems. Travel may be needed.
