What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
• transfer, transport, and reposition residents
• obtain and record vital signs and weights as directed
• maintain resident dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and rights
• assist with admissions, discharges, and restorative nursing activities
• report changes in condition
• maintain clean and safe care areas
• follow infection control and safety procedures
• collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
